OP² is a software package based on the communication of strategic, visual and acoustic information.

MyOP² is an intuitive open software package solution dedicated to digital signage allowing autonomy in your custom dashboard construction.

The information is visible throughout all hierarchical levels of the organization, from the shop floor to the management board to create synergy among all stakeholders. Depending on the specificity of the organization, different communication mediums are offered: production displays (Andon boards), LCD displays, digital tablets, smartphones…

They constitute performance indicators, which can indicate the efficiency, overall equipment effectiveness, the mean time between failures, the mean time to repair, etc.

Basic systems are best suited for companies who want to put reactive production control into practice by implementing simple but efficient solutions while keeping low investment levels.

Elements and services of an OP² system

Andon Board
They are designed to the needs and present relevant data to production status in real time goal realized, gap, and other information (returns, stocks, date, etc..).

Andon Call System
They report the problems detected on the production line through radio remote control  installed on the workstations.
The different means of visual and accoustic alerts can be: lights columns for plants, LCD displays, melodies, SMS, voicemails…

Industrial Control Dashboards
Andon calls are connected to the LCD displays placed at the strategic points of the plant.
